Is "ZUMBA" fitness just another fad or does it motivate the person to get fit?


Zumba is a dance fitness technique to provide weight loss and muscle tone for both males and females

well if its a dance, it will keep ya real fit, but any dancing will do the trick..hmmm a fitness club, well it will get ya out there and make ya do it haha

    Another fad.
    Anything that gets you moving is good for muscle tone etc.
    If it is enjoyable you are more likely to keep at ti.
