yeah i have, i saw it on tv. i did it.. it was mad fun. it was jus like aerobics only more fun!! the instructor was jus doin simple dance moves bt they were fun though and will actually help trim onez bod.. try itt!!!

I had gotten a group together to start going in my area (Plano) right before I found out I was pregnant and started having really bad morning sickness!! A few of my co-workers went anyway and loved it!
