how much weight can i lose in 2 months by exercising for 45 min. and eating 1 meal a day?


i’ll eat one meal a day and for snacks i’ll eat oatmeal with water which is filling and has fiber..plus i’ll exercise for 45min. everyday..(i’ll dance zumba and i’ll do 150 situps daily) so how much weight do u think i could lose?

Don’t eat one meal a day!
You will probably end up turing sick, or most people usualyy dont keep up with the routine, and gain back twice the amount of weight they previously had.
Exercise for 45 mins, and eat 5 small small healthy meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism going, that will help you lose weight.

    dont do that. you will get poorly. i would go ask your nurse perhaps. if you lose weight really fast you are more likely to put it back on again.

    That sounds great.I think that max you could lose is 25 minimum you could lose is 15. so you will do great.

    Instead of staring yourself to death here are some ways to stay fit and healthy.

    1. Eat healthy foods all the time.For Breakfast: Lowfatcereal, fruit, milk, juices and more.

    2. Lunch: Have a little bit of everything from the food pyramid you need all the right serings you could get.

    3. Exercize for atleast an hour a day, you can do these things…

    1. Go running with a pet, a friend, or just by yourself.

    2. take a yoga or fittness class.

    3. go to a rec center and use their gym and stuff to excercize.

    4. always move around, when cleaning the house, gardening, etc. keep yourself active!

    nice workout plan but do these as well…

    1. dont bank on the words ‘fast’,'easy’,'simple’ & ‘quick’….to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

    2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day…get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
    cardio available and stick to all that you like

    3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

    4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
    fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.

    5. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
    every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus

    6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

    7. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"…you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
    drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal…

    8. Always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too…Stay focused on your goal and God bless you…
