thats too cute the way the new anchors are dancing! and it cracks me up how the white boy cant move at all but the darkeer skinned brother is shakin it pretty good! lol

That is not Calypso …
That is not Calypso… it is Soca. And the way they’re dancing to it is okay… but it’s really much more vigorous than that. You really want to sweat… try Soc-arts. it’s similar to Zumba but it’s all Soca. Most people won’t even sustain the warm up… but it’s a great work out. Good job though.
