. I’m feeling a little depressed. I’ll go to my zumba classes, but may take it really easy. I’m wondering do you girls have suggestions of steps that are less impact on the foot so I don’t stop Zumba altogether?
Another favorite!!! I’m zumba crazy, but my left food started to hurt. My podiatrist told me I have a stress fracture. The best way to heal it is to not do what it hurt it in the first place..
